How to Join PF&G
Read on for information about how to become a member.
NOTE: Pelham Fish and Game is an all volunteer club.
Note: it may take several months to process your application. Please be patient.
Please ensure that your application is completed in full and is legible.
If your application is incomplete or illegible, it may not be processed.
1) Download a Membership Application

There are four pages to the application + a check list

Include a copy of your photo ID

Include any permits that you hold

Sponsors:

If you do not have a sponsor (a sponsor must be a current member of PF&G for a minimum of two (2) years), you may submit a personal letter of introduction:

tell us about yourself, why do you want to join, tell us about any firearms or sporting experience you have, and what skills you will share to help with the upkeep and improvement of PF&G

Sign and date your letter of introduction, sign and date your application

Enclose a check for the non-refundable $200 application fee

Got Associates, Students and Juniors?
Do you have a spouse/significant other, students or junior family members that would like to become members? If so, please submit their completed applications alongside yours so you can be interviewed and attend orientation together! See below for Types of Membership and Membership Dues and Fees.
2) Don't call us, we'll call you . . . for an Interview
Upon receipt and review of the completed application, the Membership Chair will contact you for an interview. It will take a minimum of three (3) months to review and process applications - please be patient. Interviews are conducted in a group format and last approximately one and a half hours. As a reminder, if your application is incomplete, or is illegible, it may not be processed!
3) Once approved for membership, you will be invited to attend the New Member Club & Safety Orientation.

Orientation is designed to familiarize you with club rules, facilities, and ranges.

Orientation is MANDATORY for ALL club members and lasts
approximately 2.5 hours. -
On Orientation day, please bring:

Your Orientation Invitation

Your Range Rules Book
-
Eye and ear protection
-
Proper dress and footwear for a walking tour of the ranges

Firearm and ammo if you wish to qualify for the Indoor Range

A check or credit card for Membership Dues and Fees

Upon successful completion of the New Member Club & Safety Orientation, you will be issued a membership card, gate access, and you may begin using the club.
All members must display their membership badge
at all times while on club property - no exceptions.
